PATTY STEELE began her radio career as a teenage intern at Musicradio 77 WABC in New York during its Top 40 heyday. Over the years she worked in Children's Television and as a disc jockey in St. Louis, Pittsburgh, Washington DC, Baltimore and New York City.

Personally, she was born in New York City and grew up in Lawrence, IL, in a small town outside of Chicago for a few years, and finally graduated from high school in Summit, NJ. Patty has a journalism degree with a minor in education. She has been married since 1984 and has three beautiful children...Jake, Katie and Will. Patty loves the outdoors, reading, music, history, and anything to do with children.
